AJIRAS Journal applied to be a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines on research

and publications ethics. The Journal considers all manuscripts on the strict condition that:

1. The manuscript is your own original work, and does not duplicate any previously published work. Plagiarism is

not acceptable in AJIRAS submissions and publication; in all its forms (see icone AIMS AND SCOP) the

plagiarism constitutes unethical publishing behaviour;

2. The manuscript has been submitted only to the journal - it is not under consideration or peer review or

accepted for publication or in press or published elsewhere;

3. All listed authors know of and agree to the manuscript being submitted to the journal; and (See 4);

4. The manuscript contains nothing abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, illegal, libellous, or obscene;

5. The author should promptly inform the journal editor of any obvious error(s) in his or her published paper and

cooperate earnestly with the editor in retraction or correction of the paper. If the editor is notified by any party

other than the author that the published paper contains an obvious error, the author should write a retraction

or make the correction based on the medium of publication;

6. The author should indicate all sources that have supported the research and also declare any conflict(s) of

interest.

7. The author should give due acknowledgement to all of those who have made contributions to the research.
